These policies are in place to protect both your time and mine, and to ensure every client has a calm, professional experience. Please read carefully before booking.

Booking & Deposits

• A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments.

• Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• At least 24–48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations or reschedules made outside of this window will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• No‑shows automatically forfeit the deposit and may require a new deposit to rebook.

Late Policy

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or reschedule at my discretion.

• Late arrivals that require rescheduling will forfeit the deposit.

Design Process

• All custom designs are prepared ahead of your appointment.

• Minor adjustments can be made the day of the session.

• Significant design changes may require rescheduling and a new deposit.

• Designs are not sent in advance. Be sure to be as descriptive as possible!

Privacy & Comfort

• If you have specific comfort needs or accommodations, please communicate them in advance.

Health & Safety

• You must be 18 years or older with a valid photo ID.

• Please disclose any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or pregnancy prior to your appointment.

• I reserve the right to refuse service if tattooing is unsafe.

Payments

• Accepted payment methods will be discussed at booking.

• Final payment is due at the end of your session.

Right to Refuse Service

• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, intoxicated, or violates studio policies.
